How to judge the quality of a glue can

1. Can Material and Structure: Different materials used for glue cans have corresponding quality standards: Fiberglass glue cans must have a total wall thickness of no less than 4.8mm and an axial tensile strength of no less than 15MPa; stainless steel cans must be seamless with smooth inner walls free of burrs to prevent residual glue from causing blockages.

2. Sealing Performance Test: After filling with clean water, invert and shake the can to observe whether there is any leakage at the joints and can opening. Pressurized cans can undergo a pressure test; no significant pressure drop within 24 hours indicates compliance.

3. Compatibility Verification: Test compatibility with the type of glue to be stored: For cans storing highly corrosive chemical glues, confirm that the content of corrosion-resistant resin in the inner lining meets the standard and will not be dissolved or chemically react with the glue.

4. Detailed Workmanship Inspection: The can opening threads should be smooth and free of burrs; the matching lid, brush, and other accessories should fit tightly; the can body should be free of deformation and bulging; the markings should be clear and complete, conforming to the corresponding industry's production standards.
