What are the precautions for using F-type cups?

(1) Avoid squeezing and scratching the vacuum cup and keep it clean.
(2) The rubber plug inside the cup should be firmly attached to the cup body. If it moves down or becomes loose, tighten it by hand or with special tools.
(3) After use, wipe it with disinfectant or alcohol cotton as usual. Do not soak, boil or treat it at high temperature.
(4) The vacuum gun can be disassembled by yourself. Clean the dirt in the gun barrel regularly and put a little lubricating oil around the rubber bowl.
(5) If the cup cannot be pulled out during cupping, it may be due to loose rubber plug or piston seal, too tight or non-vertical connection between vacuum gun and vacuum cup. You can check and reinstall it to ensure that the vacuum gun mouth gently covers the top of the vacuum cup and keeps it vertical.
(6) If the cup is slowly released after being pulled out, it may be due to foreign matter in the rubber plug seal, loose skin or heavy sweat hair at the cupping site, cracks in the cup body, dry skin, etc. You can clean the foreign matter to ensure the air seal is tight, use glue mud, replace the vacuum cup or moisten the skin with a wet towel.
(7) When performing scraping therapy, you need to adopt the appropriate body position and select acupoints according to the condition of the disease. First, apply lubricant to the acupoints, and use a horn scraping board at a 45-degree angle with the flat surface facing downward to scrape. The scraping force should be even and moderate. Children's skin is delicate, so you can use a handkerchief to protect the skin during indirect scraping.
