Operators should wear appropriate protective equipment, such as anti-static work clothes, safety helmets, chemical-resistant gloves and goggles.
When handling high-temperature or corrosive substances, special attention should be paid to protection.
2. Environmental requirements:
Ensure that the operating area is well ventilated to avoid the accumulation of harmful gases.
Keep away from fire sources, heat sources and flammable items.
3. Operating specifications:
Avoid operating near flammable gases and flammable and explosive items during cleaning or maintenance.
Do not start the furnace with an empty furnace to avoid damage to the furnace body and heating tubes.
4. Emergency handling:
If a leak or spill occurs, the contaminated area should be isolated immediately, access to personnel should be restricted, and appropriate emergency measures should be taken.
For large leaks, a clean shovel should be used to collect the leak and put it into a dry, clean, covered container.
