Maintenance of Tin Pail

1. Regular inspection:
Check the external coating for peeling, flaking or corrosion once a quarter.
Check the internal coating once a year, especially the welds and the bottom of the tank.
2. Cleaning and maintenance:
After use, clean the inside and outside surfaces of the Tin Pail with a soft cloth or brush, and avoid scratching with hard objects.
For stubborn stains, use a mild detergent.
Dry thoroughly after cleaning to avoid rust caused by residual moisture.
3. Coating repair:
When the coating is damaged, local repair should be carried out in time. The damaged area needs to be thoroughly surface treated before repair.
Select a repair material that matches the original coating and follow the recommendations of the coating supplier.
