Processing technology of paint packaging iron barrels
May 06, 2024
The processing technology of paint packaging iron drums mainly includes the following steps:
1. Steel plate shearing
Select a cold-rolled steel plate with a thickness of 0.32mm-0.4mm according to the size of the packaging iron drum body and oil nozzle, and use a shearing machine to cut the steel plate into segments.
2. Stretch molding
Use a hydraulic press to stretch the steel plate sheared into sections. During the stretching process, ensure the smoothness of the surface of the steel plate. The length tolerance of the stretched steel plate is controlled to ±3cm.
3. Trimming
Use a punch to remove flash and burrs on the four edges of the stretched steel plate.
4. Stamping oil nozzle
Use a stamping machine to stamp and shape the oil nozzle according to the size of the oil nozzle, ensuring that there are no overflows or burrs in the stamped oil nozzle.
5. Curling
Use a crimping machine to crimp the steel plate used to prepare the packaging iron drum body.
6. Barrel body molding
Use a stamping machine to stamp and shape the barrel according to its size to ensure that the barrel after stamping is free of spills and burrs.
7. Peripheral welding
Use an argon arc welding machine to weld the seams of the stamped barrel to ensure the sealing of the weld and the smoothness of the weld surface.
8. Nozzle welding
Use argon arc welding to weld the oil nozzle and the packaging iron drum body to ensure the sealing of the weld and the smoothness of the weld surface.
9. Anti-rust treatment
Apply the mixed paint evenly to the welds of the barrel body and the welds of the oil nozzle and barrel body.
10. Stress test
Use an air compressor to perform a pressure test on the welded and formed barrel. The test pressure is 80kpa-120kpa and the test time is 3min-8min to ensure that the barrel does not break or leak.
11. Overall decontamination
Use an ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean the inside and outside of the barrel.
12. Spray painting
Spray paint the surface of the barrel in the spray booth to ensure that the paint on the surface of the barrel is evenly distributed and there is no overlapping of colors.
13. Drying
Use a dryer to dry the painted packaging iron barrels at a drying temperature of 180-220°C.
