Production process
1. Iron material preparation: According to the order requirements, order the appropriate tinplate material, including variety, size, thickness, etc. The quality of the iron material is usually identified, such as visual inspection to check whether the surface has scratches, whether the texture is uniform, whether there are rust spots, etc., and the thickness can also be measured with a micrometer, and the hardness can be felt by hand.
2. Printing: After making the film and layout drawings, they are handed over to the printing factory for printing. A sample needs to be provided to the printing factory for color matching. During the printing process, attention should be paid to whether the color matching keeps up with the sample, whether the positioning is accurate, whether there are stains or scars, etc.
3. Cutting: Cut the printed iron material according to the design size of the iron can. Pay attention to whether the operator cuts according to the knife edge line, whether the length is appropriate and uniform, and avoid workers scratching each other when placing the material.
4. Punching: Press the cut iron sheet into shape on the punch press. The punching process of cans with different structures is different. Taking the common two-piece cans with top and bottom lids as an example, the general process is:
Lid: Cutting - Flanging - Winding;
Can body: Cutting - Pre-bending - Cutting corners - Forming - Buckle bone - Punching body (buckle bottom) - Sealing bottom;
Can bottom: Cutting.
5. Packaging and warehousing: Pack the stamped iron cans and adopt different packaging methods according to customer requirements to meet customer transportation requirements.
